Your 30-day roadmap
Exactly what to do in week 1, 2, 3 and 4 — from picking a niche to closing your first buyer — so you never wonder "what now?".
Here's a realistic 30-day plan. The goal of month one is not to get rich — it's to pick a niche, look credible, build a buyer list, start outreach, and have real conversations. Do this and the money follows.
Week 1 — Choose your battlefield
- Pick a vertical you can win (Module 2). Don't agonize — pick one you can start learning today.
- Spend a focused few hours learning the niche: how those businesses get customers, what a customer is worth, their language.
- Decide which countries you'll target (don't limit yourself to one).
- Define your ideal buyer profile — for beginners, companies in the $1M–$10M revenue range.
Week 2 — Build your credibility & assets
- Clean up your LinkedIn profile using the full checklist (Module 3).
- Set up a professional email address and start warming it up (this takes ~1–2 weeks, so start now).
- Put up a simple one-page site so buyers who check you out see something legitimate.
Week 3 — Build your buyer list & start outreach
- Use Scrupp to build a list of target companies, find the decision-maker, and pull their verified email (Module 4). Aim for your first 50–100 quality contacts.
- Start multi-channel outreach: email + LinkedIn, with follow-ups (Module 5). Remember: it takes 3–7 touchpoints.
- Track everything in a simple sheet: company, person, channel, last touch, reply.
Week 4 — Conversations & first deal
- Book and run calls with interested buyers. Listen for what they need and what they currently pay.
- Agree on a lead price and terms. Charge upfront for the first batch.
- Stand up a simple funnel + ads to deliver the leads you promised (Module 6).
The two numbers that matter in month one
- Quality contacts reached — are you actually doing outreach every day?
- Conversations booked — replies and calls are the leading indicator of revenue.
If you only do one thing daily: send personalized outreach to a handful of the right people. Volume without targeting fails; targeting plus persistence wins.
Mindset for the 30 days
Expect silence before replies. Expect "no" before "yes." The people who succeed aren't smarter — they're the ones who did the unglamorous work of researching the niche, building a clean list, and following up. Next, let's look at the engine that powers most of this: your toolkit.
