How to export Sales Navigator leads to Notion

Step 1
Build a lead search or open a saved list
In Sales Navigator, set your lead filters (seniority, function, headcount, geography) or open a lead list you already saved.

Check the list in your workspace
Each lead comes back with name, title, company, location, LinkedIn URL and the work email and phone Scrupp found. Repeated people are flagged.

Import the file into Notion
In Notion, choose Import → CSV to turn the file into a database, or merge it into an existing database with the same columns.

Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:
- First name
- Last name
- Job title
- Company
- LinkedIn URL
- Work email
- Phone
- Location
Before you import
- Notion imports every row as a new page. Keep one database per list and de-duplicate in Scrupp before importing.
- Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Notion and check the fields landed where you expected.
- Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.

What does it cost?

Will every row have an email?
No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share in your list depends on who is in it. Rows with nothing found are still in the file.
