Export a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Apollo search with Scrupp, with work emails and phones found where they exist, and open the list in Sheets. Scrupp does not write to your Google Drive: the list arrives as a CSV file you import, or through a Zapier or Make step if you want it to land in a sheet on its own.

How a Scrupp export gets into Google Sheets
Run the export in Scrupp, download it as CSV from your workspace, and in Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload. One row per lead, with the profile fields and the email and phone where Scrupp found them. For a list that should refresh on a schedule, start the export through the Scrupp Jobs API and let a Zapier or Make step add the rows to a sheet when the job finishes. There is no Google sign-in step on the Scrupp side.

Most lists need only the first.
- Paste the search URL into Scrupp, or start the export from the Chrome extension on the search page.
- When the export finishes, download the CSV from your workspace.
- In Sheets, File → Import → Upload, and pick Insert new sheet or Append to current sheet.
Appending a second export can repeat people from the first. Data → Data cleanup → Remove duplicates on the LinkedIn URL column clears them.
- A Zap starts with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook; its URL is the job’s
callback_url. - A scheduled step sends
POST /api/v1/jobsto Scrupp with your API key and the search URL. - When the hook fires, a GET on the job’s
result_urlreturns the rows, and Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row adds each one.

Scrupp also has a Google Sheets add-on with AI formulas: you point a formula at the cells of a row and it writes a line of text, such as an opening sentence for an email to that lead. It works on a list that is already in the sheet. It does not export from LinkedIn and does not find emails.

Does Scrupp connect to my Google account?
No. Scrupp does not ask for access to Google Drive or Sheets. The export is a file you download and import yourself, or rows a Zapier or Make step writes with its own Google connection.
What columns does the CSV have?
One row per lead: name, job title, company, location and the LinkedIn profile URL, plus the work email and phone where Scrupp found them. The exact set depends on the source: an Apollo or Sales Navigator search carries fields a plain LinkedIn search does not.
What does an export cost?
1 credit per lead, plus 1 when a work email is found and 2 when a phone number is delivered. Contacts not found cost nothing extra. The free plan gives 100 credits a month.
Can I export more than 2,500 leads from one Sales Navigator search?
Yes. 2,500 is where Sales Navigator stops showing results for one search; Scrupp exports past it from the same search, so you do not split it into slices by hand.
Does the Google Sheets add-on export LinkedIn leads?
No. The add-on adds AI formulas to Sheets for writing text from the cells of a row. Exports from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Apollo run in the Scrupp app and the Chrome extension.
