Build your outreach-ready list
Export a clean CSV/sheet — company, person, role, email, phone, personalization hook — that plugs straight into your outreach.
You've found the companies, the right people, and their verified emails. The final step of this module is packaging it into a list you can run outreach from tomorrow morning — without any cleanup.
What your outreach list should contain
Export a CSV or sheet where every row is one contact, with at least:
- Company — name + website
- Person — full name + role/title
- Verified email (and phone, if you'll call)
- LinkedIn URL — for connection requests and DMs
- Personalization hook — one specific detail you can reference (a job they're hiring for, a recent post, the ads they run, a service they push)

The personalization hook is the difference-maker
Generic blasting gets ignored. One specific, true observation ("saw you're hiring two new sales reps — are you feeding them enough qualified leads?") gets replies. You don't need a paragraph — one relevant line proves you're not spamming.
Fast ways to get a hook for each row:
- Glance at their website / "About" page and the services they push.
- Check the Facebook Ad Library to see if (and how) they advertise.
- Skim the person's recent LinkedIn activity.
- Use AI to summarize "how does this company get customers and what might they struggle with?"
Organize for follow-up
Add a few tracking columns so nothing falls through the cracks (you'll live in these during Module 5):
- Channel(s) — email / LinkedIn / phone
- Touch count & last contacted — remember, it takes 3–7 touchpoints
- Status — new / contacted / replied / call booked / closed
Keep batches small and focused: a list of 50 perfectly-targeted, verified contacts with a real hook each will get you further than 1,000 generic rows you'll never personalize.
You've built the engine output
This clean, verified, personalized list is exactly what the rest of the business feeds on. In Module 5 you'll turn it into replies and signed buyers with multi-channel outreach and proven message templates.
