How do you get more than 2,500 results from Sales Navigator?
Split the search with a filter whose values do not overlap. Company headcount works best: every company sits in exactly one of the nine ranges, so nine searches cover the same people as the original, each one smaller. If a range still shows 2,500+, split it again by seniority. This tool writes those links for you. The other route is an exporter that does the splitting itself, such as Scrupp, which exports past 2,500 from one link.
What the splitter does
- Reads your link. It lists every filter the link carries, so you can see a filter that did not make it into the copied URL.
- Picks a split. Company headcount if your search does not set it; if it sets several ranges, one search per range; otherwise seniority.

Why does Sales Navigator stop at 2,500 results? ▾
It is a limit of the search screen: Sales Navigator shows up to 100 pages of 25 people. People past that point still match your filters; you reach them by narrowing the search into parts.
Will the split searches miss anyone? ▾
Headcount ranges do not overlap, so together they cover the original search. A seniority split can miss profiles LinkedIn has not assigned a seniority to, which is why headcount comes first.
Is my search sent to Scrupp? ▾
No. The splitting runs in your browser. The link goes to Scrupp only if you press Export.
Do I need to split at all if I use Scrupp? ▾
No. Scrupp takes the original search link and exports more than 2,500 people from it into one file.
