Step 1

Download the list as CSV, open a new sheet and use File → Import → Upload. Choose “Replace current sheet” for a fresh list or “Append” to add to one.

Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:
- First name
- Last name
- Job title
- Company
- LinkedIn URL

- Phone
- Location
Before you import
- Append adds rows without checking for duplicates. Sort by website or phone afterwards if you combine several exports.
- Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Google Sheets and check the fields landed where you expected.
- Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.
