Step by step

Step 1

Run a people search on LinkedIn

Use the regular LinkedIn search with the filters you need: title keywords, location, current company, industry. Sales Navigator is not required. You can also open a single profile.
Step 2

Click the Scrupp button

With the Scrupp Chrome extension installed, click its button on the results page. Scrupp collects the people in the search and looks up a work email and a phone number for each one.

Check the list in your workspace

The leads land in a list in your Scrupp workspace with name, title, company, location, LinkedIn URL and the contacts found. People already in another of your lists are flagged.
Step 4

Import the file into Google Sheets

Download the list as CSV, open a new sheet and use File → Import → Upload. Choose “Replace current sheet” for a fresh list or “Append” to add to one.

Before you import

Append adds rows without checking for duplicates. Sort by website or phone afterwards if you combine several exports.
Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Google Sheets and check the fields landed where you expected.
Scrupp reads what LinkedIn shows you in the search, so the list is only as precise as your filters. It does not send messages or connection requests on LinkedIn.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. Scrupp works on regular LinkedIn searches and profiles. Sales Navigator gives more filters and saved lists, and Scrupp works there too.

Does Scrupp have a native Google Sheets integration?

No. Scrupp exports CSV, Excel or JSON, and Google Sheets imports the file. Native pushes exist only for HubSpot and Pipedrive.

What does it cost?

Exporting a lead costs 1 credit, plus 1 credit when a work email is found and 2 when a phone number is delivered. Nothing extra is charged for contacts not found. The free plan gives 100 credits a month with no credit card.

Will every row have an email?

No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share in your list depends on who is in it. Rows with nothing found are still in the file.
