Under 70 words, friendly and specific, end with one easy yes/no question about booking a quick call. Give me 3 variations.

5. Qualified-meeting definition

✅ Agree this with the client up front
A meeting counts as qualified when: • Company matches the ICP (industry, size, geo) • Contact is [decision-maker / influencer] • They agreed to a call about [topic] (not "send info") • They attend (or reschedule in good faith) No-shows and clearly off-ICP meetings are replaced, not billed.

6. Outreach tracker (columns)
