Segment the list

Don't send one generic message to everyone. Split the list into tight segments so each can get tailored copy:

  • By role — a VP of Sales and a founder care about different things.
  • By industry / sub-niche — speak their language and reference their world.
  • By company size — the pain and the buying process differ.
  • By signal — "hiring SDRs", "recently funded" → a sharper, timely angle.

  • Segment (which sequence it gets)
