🛠️ B2B · Module 8 · Lesson 34 of 34
Load your Scrupp list into outreach
Click-by-click: export a verified list from Scrupp and import it into your sequencer, mapped correctly.
You've built a verified list in Scrupp and set up your sequencer. This guide connects the two — exporting clean and importing it mapped correctly, so your campaign sends to the right people without errors.
Step 1 — Export from Scrupp
- Open your finished list in Scrupp (companies + decision-makers + verified emails, from Module 4).
- Filter to verified emails only — never send to unverified/guessed addresses.
- Export → CSV.
Step 2 — Clean the file
- Open the CSV. Make sure you have clear columns:
first_name,last_name,email,company,title,linkedin_url, and your personalization hook. - Remove any rows without a verified email.
- Split by segment if you'll send different copy (one file per segment).
Step 3 — Import into the sequencer
- In Instantly/Smartlead: open your Campaign → Leads → Import CSV.
- Map the columns: CSV → campaign variables (e.g.
first_name→{{firstName}}, hook → a custom variable like{{hook}}). - Enable the tool's bounce/verification check on import as a second safety net.
Step 4 — Use the variables in your copy
- In your sequence, reference the variables: "Hi {{firstName}}, saw {{hook}}…".
- Send yourself a test — confirm every variable fills in (no blank "Hi ," or broken {{hook}}).
- Set a fallback for empty fields (e.g. {{firstName | "there"}}) so nothing looks broken.
Step 5 — Launch (safely)
- Confirm inboxes are warm and verified-only leads are loaded.
- Start the campaign at modest volume; watch reply rate and bounce rate the first days.
- Keep the list clean — remove bounces/unsubscribes immediately.
The full chain: Scrupp (verified list) → CSV → sequencer (mapped + warm inboxes) → replies → booked meetings. Get this pipe clean once and every future campaign is just a new Scrupp list dropped in.
That completes the B2B tech stack. Back to Outreach to turn sends into booked meetings.
