How to export Sales Navigator leads to Zapier
Short answer
Scrupp exports Sales Navigator leads with work emails and phone numbers, and the Scrupp Jobs API can hand each finished export to a Zapier webhook. There is no Zapier app to install: the Zap starts with Zapier’s Catch Hook, and the export is started by an API call with that hook as the callback.

From Sales Navigator to Zapier

Step 1
Build a lead search or open a saved list
In Sales Navigator, set your lead filters (seniority, function, headcount, geography) or open a lead list you already saved.

Copy the search URL
Copy the address of the search or saved list from your browser. The API takes that URL as its input, exactly as the extension would read the page.

Get an API key
Create the key in your Scrupp account settings. Every request carries it as a Bearer token; see authentication.

Hand the export to Zapier
In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook as the trigger. Start the export through the Scrupp Jobs API with that hook as the
callback_url; when the job finishes, Zapier gets the result and passes each lead to the next step.
What is in the file
Columns you map in Zapier
Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:
- First name
- Last name
- Job title
- Company
- LinkedIn URL
- Work email
- Phone
- Location
Before you switch the Zap on
- Send an Idempotency-Key with the job request. Zapier retries on timeouts, and without the key a retry starts a second run.
- Run the Zap once on a small search and check what reaches the next step before pointing it at a large one.
- Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.

Can I export more than 2,500 leads from one search?
Sales Navigator stops a search at 2,500 results. Scrupp exports more than that from the same search, so you do not have to split it into slices by hand.
Does Scrupp have a native Zapier integration?
Not as a listed app. You connect them with Zapier’s webhook steps and the Scrupp Jobs API, using an API key from your Scrupp account.
What does it cost?
Exporting a lead costs 1 credit, plus 1 credit when a work email is found and 2 when a phone number is delivered. Nothing extra is charged for contacts not found. The free plan gives 100 credits a month with no credit card.
Will every row have an email?
No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share in your list depends on who is in it. Rows with nothing found are still in the file.
