Step 1

Build a lead search or open a saved list

In Sales Navigator, set your lead filters (seniority, function, headcount, geography) or open a lead list you already saved.

Click the Scrupp button

Step 3

Check the list in your workspace

Each lead comes back with name, title, company, location, LinkedIn URL and the work email and phone Scrupp found. Repeated people are flagged.
Step 4

Import the file into Close

In Close, use the Import tool with a CSV file. Map the company column to the lead, and name, title, email and phone to the contact.

Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:

Job title

Work email

Before you import

Close groups contacts under leads (companies). Keep the company column so people from the same company land on one lead.
Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Close and check the fields landed where you expected.
Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.
