How to export Sales Navigator leads to Outreach
Short answer
Export the Sales Navigator leads with Scrupp, which adds work emails and phone numbers, download the list as CSV, and import it into Outreach with its own CSV import. There is no Outreach app to install: the file is the hand-off.

Step 1
Build a lead search or open a saved list
In Sales Navigator, set your lead filters (seniority, function, headcount, geography) or open a lead list you already saved.

Click the Scrupp button
With the Scrupp Chrome extension installed, click its button on the search or list. Sales Navigator itself stops a search at 2,500 results; Scrupp exports more than that from the same search.

Check the list in your workspace
Each lead comes back with name, title, company, location, LinkedIn URL and the work email and phone Scrupp found. Repeated people are flagged.

Step 4
Import the file into Outreach
In Outreach, import prospects from a CSV file and map email, first name, last name, title, company and LinkedIn URL to prospect fields. Then add them to a sequence.
What is in the file
Columns you map in Outreach
Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:
- First name
- Last name
- Job title
- Company
- LinkedIn URL
- Work email
- Phone
- Location
Before you import
- Outreach de-duplicates prospects on email. Leads without an email can still be imported for call or LinkedIn steps if you map the phone.
- Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Outreach and check the fields landed where you expected.
- Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.

Can I export more than 2,500 leads from one search?
Sales Navigator stops a search at 2,500 results. Scrupp exports more than that from the same search, so you do not have to split it into slices by hand.
Does Scrupp have a native Outreach integration?
No. Scrupp exports CSV, Excel or JSON, and Outreach imports the file. Native pushes exist only for HubSpot and Pipedrive.
What does it cost?
Exporting a lead costs 1 credit, plus 1 credit when a work email is found and 2 when a phone number is delivered. Nothing extra is charged for contacts not found. The free plan gives 100 credits a month with no credit card.
Will every row have an email?
No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share in your list depends on who is in it. Rows with nothing found are still in the file.
