Build a lead search or open a saved list

In Sales Navigator, set your lead filters (seniority, function, headcount, geography) or open a lead list you already saved.

Check the list in your workspace

Step 4

Import the file into Zoho CRM

In Zoho CRM, open the Leads (or Contacts) module, choose Import → From file, upload the CSV and map the columns to Zoho fields.

Before you import

Turn on duplicate checking by email in the import wizard so leads you already have are skipped or updated instead of copied.
Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Zoho CRM and check the fields landed where you expected.
Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, which is why this step needs a tool at all. Scrupp exports the list; it does not send InMails or connection requests.
