Export leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator has no export button. Scrupp adds one: your lead or account search goes to CSV, Excel or your CRM, with a work email and phone number looked up for each row.
How do you export leads from Sales Navigator?
Install the Scrupp Chrome extension, run your search in Sales Navigator, and click Export. The list downloads as CSV or Excel or goes to your CRM. Sales Navigator shows at most 2,500 results per search; Scrupp exports the whole search past that cap. A work email comes back for 36.3% of rows.

Install the Scrupp Chrome extension
Add the free extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in. It works with the Sales Navigator seat you already have; Scrupp does not need your LinkedIn password.

Run your search in Sales Navigator
Apply your filters in Lead Search or Account Search as usual, or open a lead list you have already built. Whatever you see in the results is what gets exported.

Click Export in the Scrupp panel
Choose how many rows you want and whether to look up work emails and phone numbers. Scrupp pages through the search on its side, so you do not have to click through result pages yourself.

Download the file or send it on
Get the list as CSV or Excel, push it to Google Sheets or your CRM, or pull it through the API.

The limit people hit first
Exporting more than 2,500 leads from one search
Sales Navigator stops showing results after 2,500 per search, so any tool that only reads the visible pages stops there too. Scrupp exports the whole search past that cap: large searches are split and exported in parts, and you get one list at the end. Scrupp has no export limit of its own; the only ceiling is the credits on your plan.
What the export does not do
- It does not replace the Sales Navigator seat: you export searches you run in your own account. If you have no seat, see the Sales Navigator alternative page.
- It does not automate LinkedIn: no connection requests, no messages, no profile visits on your behalf.
- It does not find an email for every row. Most rows come back without one, and you are not charged for the email on those.
Sales Navigator export: common questions
Can you export leads from Sales Navigator without a tool?
Not as a file. Sales Navigator lets you save leads to lists and sync with a few CRMs on higher plans, but it has no CSV or Excel export button. Copying rows by hand works for a dozen leads and stops being practical after that.
How many leads can I export from one Sales Navigator search?
Sales Navigator itself shows at most 2,500 results per search. Scrupp exports the whole search past that cap and has no limit of its own; very large searches are split and exported in parts.
Does the export include email addresses?
Sales Navigator does not show emails, so Scrupp looks one up for each row. Measured across all exports, a work email comes back for 36.3% of rows and 10.0% are confirmed by an accepted delivery. Rows without a found address are not charged for the email.
Can I export accounts (companies), not only people?
Yes. Account Search results export the same way, with company name, website, industry, headcount and location.
Will exporting get my LinkedIn account restricted?
Scrupp reads the results of a search you run yourself and does not send connection requests or messages. No tool can promise LinkedIn will never review an account, so keep exports to the searches you actually need.
How much does it cost?
