Apollo → Pipedrive
How to export Apollo contacts to Pipedrive
Short answer
Export the Apollo contacts with Scrupp, which finds work emails and phone numbers itself, then send the list to Pipedrive from your Scrupp workspace through the built-in Pipedrive connection, or download a CSV and import it.
Step by step
From Apollo to Pipedrive
-
Step 1
Open your Apollo people search
Set the filters in Apollo’s People search as you normally would, or open a saved search.
-
Step 2
Click the Scrupp button
With the Scrupp Chrome extension installed, click its button on the Apollo results. Scrupp collects the people and finds emails and phones with its own lookup, so Apollo export credits are not used.
-
Step 3
Check the list in your workspace
The rows come back with name, title, company, LinkedIn URL and the work email and phone Scrupp found. Repeated people are flagged.
-
Step 4
Send the list to Pipedrive
Connect Pipedrive once in your Scrupp workspace, then send the list straight to Pipedrive as people linked to their organisations. Or download a CSV and use Pipedrive’s Import data → From a spreadsheet.
What is in the file
Columns you map in Pipedrive
Each row is one person. The export carries these columns, plus a few more you can leave unmapped:
- First name
- Last name
- Job title
- Company
- Company domain
- LinkedIn URL
- Work email
- Phone
Before you import
- Pipedrive links people to organisations by name. Keep the company column as it is so people from the same company share one organisation.
- Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Pipedrive and check the fields landed where you expected.
- The emails and phones in the file are the ones Scrupp found, not Apollo’s. Rows where nothing was found keep the person without a contact.
FAQ
Questions about Apollo to Pipedrive
Does this use my Apollo export credits?
No. Scrupp reads the people in your Apollo search and finds the emails and phones itself, so Apollo’s own export and reveal credits are not spent.
Does Scrupp have a native Pipedrive integration?
Yes. Scrupp can send leads straight to Pipedrive after you connect it once. A CSV download works as well.
What does it cost?
Exporting a lead costs 1 credit, plus 1 credit when a work email is found and 2 when a phone number is delivered. Nothing extra is charged for contacts not found. The free plan gives 100 credits a month with no credit card.
Will every row have an email?
No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share in your list depends on who is in it. Rows with nothing found are still in the file.
