Step 1

Pick a category and a place

In the Scrupp app, enter a business category and a city or region, for example “dentists in Austin, TX”.
Step 2

Scrupp walks through all the listings the search returns, not only the first 20 the map shows, and writes one row per business, de-duplicated by place ID.
Step 3

Get emails from the business websites

For each business with a website, Scrupp looks for a contact email on the site. The row keeps the listing’s phone, address, website, rating and review count.

Import the file into Pipedrive

Download the list as CSV and use Pipedrive’s Import data → From a spreadsheet, importing the rows as Organizations: business name, address, phone and website map to organization fields.

Before you import

Pipedrive links people to organisations by name. Keep the company column as it is so people from the same company share one organisation.
Test on ten rows first, open two or three records in Pipedrive and check the fields landed where you expected.
These are businesses, not people: the email is the one published on the business website, often a general inbox. For named decision makers, look the company up on LinkedIn afterwards.

Questions about Google Maps to Pipedrive

Is there a limit of 20 results like on the map?

No. The map shows results in small pages; Scrupp pages through all of them for your search and returns one row per business.

Does Scrupp have a native Pipedrive integration?

Scrupp pushes people to Pipedrive natively, but Google Maps rows are businesses, so they go in as a CSV import of companies.

What does it cost?

Will every business have an email?
