How to find a Recruiter’s email address
Short answer
Search LinkedIn or Sales Navigator for the recruiter titles below, filtered by Human Resources and Senior, Manager and Director, then export the search with the Scrupp Chrome extension. Scrupp returns each person with the work email and phone number it finds, so one search becomes a list of recruiters you can contact.

In-house recruiting titles include Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Talent. Agency recruiters use the same titles, so filter by company type if you only want one side.

From a search to recruiters’ emails

Step 1
Build the search
In Sales Navigator, set Function: Human Resources and Seniority level: Senior, Manager and Director, add the title search above, then narrow by company headcount, industry and geography. On regular LinkedIn, use People search with the title keywords and location.

Step 2
Check the first page
Read ten results. If people with the wrong job show up, add their title words to the search with NOT, then save the search so you can rerun it.

Step 3
Export with Scrupp
With the Scrupp Chrome extension installed, click its button on the results. Sales Navigator stops a search at 2,500 results; Scrupp exports more than that from the same search.

Get emails and phones
Scrupp looks up a work email and a phone number for each person. Download the list as CSV or Excel, or send it to HubSpot or Pipedrive.

What works with recruiters
- To reach in-house recruiters only, exclude staffing and recruiting companies with the industry filter.
- Recruiters change jobs often; export close to when you write, rather than months ahead.
- Check the list before you send: Scrupp marks addresses on catch-all domains as probable rather than verified, and you can run a bulk check with the email verifier.

Questions about finding recruiter emails
How do I separate agency recruiters from in-house ones?
Use the industry filter: exclude Staffing and Recruiting to keep in-house recruiters, or include only that industry to reach agencies.
Will I get an email for every recruiter?
No. Across Scrupp exports a work email is found for 36.3% of people, and the share depends on the companies in your list. You pay for an email only when one is found.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. A regular LinkedIn search with title keywords works. Sales Navigator adds the function and seniority filters, which make the list cleaner.
