In Sales Navigator, set Function: Sales and Seniority level: Director and Vice President, add the title search above, then narrow by company headcount, industry and geography. On regular LinkedIn, use People search with the title keywords and location.

Read ten results. If people with the wrong job show up, add their title words to the search with NOT, then save the search so you can rerun it.
