What a Lusha credit buys

  • Email: 1 credit to reveal a verified email address.
  • Phone number: 5 credits. A contact with both costs 6.
  • Monthly plans: unused credits roll over and can build up to twice the monthly limit.
  • Annual plans: all credits arrive up front, and what is left resets at the end of the annual cycle.

The phone price is what decides most budgets. Starter's 4,800 credits a year cover 4,800 emails, but only 960 phone numbers.

What 1,000 contacts cost on Lusha

What you reveal Credits Plan that covers it in a year
1,000 emails 1,000 Starter (4,800 a year)
1,000 phone numbers 5,000 Pro (7,200 a year covers 1,440 phones)
1,000 emails and phones 6,000 Pro (7,200 a year), 1,200 credits left

At the July 2026 annual prices a credit works out to about $0.094 on Starter ($37.45 × 12 ÷ 4,800) and $0.076 on Premium ($259.95 × 12 ÷ 40,800). A phone number at 5 credits is then about $0.38–0.47. We compare these numbers with Apollo, Evaboot and Wiza in what LinkedIn leads cost per 1,000; for Apollo's plans see Apollo.io pricing.

Paying per lead instead of per reveal

Lusha is priced per reveal: you pay for each email or phone you open. If you build lists in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and need the whole search with contacts, Scrupp prices it differently: 1 credit per exported lead, +1 when a work email is found and +2 when a phone is found, nothing for what is not found. The free plan gives 100 credits a month; paid plans start at $29 for 1,000 credits a month (pricing).

For 1,000 leads with emails that is about 1,363 credits, because a work email is found for 36.3% of rows on average. Two limits to know: Scrupp does not verify phone lines, and it does not send messages or connection requests on LinkedIn. If you are weighing a switch, see Scrupp vs Lusha and Lusha alternatives.

Is Lusha free?

There is a free plan with 40 credits a month: enough for 40 emails, or 8 phone numbers, or a mix.

How many credits does a phone number cost on Lusha?

5 credits. An email costs 1 credit, so a contact with both costs 6.

Do Lusha credits roll over?

On monthly plans unused credits roll over and can build up to twice the monthly limit. Annual plans get all credits up front, and unused credits reset at the end of the annual cycle.

Is Lusha cheaper than Scrupp?

It depends on what you export. Lusha charges per reveal: 1 credit for an email, 5 for a phone. Scrupp charges per exported lead: 1 credit per lead, +1 when an email is found and +2 when a phone is found, from $29 for 1,000 credits a month. For a few phone numbers a month, Lusha's free plan may be all you need.
