Can I create Contacts + Accounts instead of Leads?

Yes. In Scrupp settings, pick target object. Scrupp will create Account records first (deduped by domain) then attach Contacts to them.

How does duplicate detection work?

Scrupp checks existing Leads and Contacts by email. If a match is found, Scrupp skips creating a duplicate and optionally fills empty fields on the existing record.

What Salesforce scopes does Scrupp request?

Only api and refresh_token. Scrupp touches Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. Zero access to Opportunities, Cases, Campaigns, or any other Salesforce object.

Will Scrupp overwrite my existing Salesforce data?

No. Existing Leads and Contacts are matched by email; Scrupp either skips or only fills empty fields. Customer and opportunity data is never touched.
