LinkedIn leads → Notion database
Get LinkedIn and Sales Navigator leads into your Notion database with verified emails and phone numbers. Export to CSV and import manually, or automate the flow with the Scrupp webhook + Zapier/Make.
Quick answer
How Scrupp pushes LinkedIn leads into Notion
To get LinkedIn leads into Notion today, the fastest path is: (1) scrape LinkedIn or Sales Navigator with the free Chrome extension, (2) export as CSV with verified emails and phones, (3) import the CSV into your Notion database via Notion's built-in CSV import or a Zapier/Make automation triggered by the Scrupp webhook. A native Notion API integration (one-click push, no CSV step) is on the roadmap — when it ships, this page will update with the direct setup guide.
3-step setup
From install to first Notion record in 2 minutes
One-time connection, then every export is a single click.
Free from the Chrome Web Store. Works on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Sign in once.
Run your search, click Export. Scrupp scrapes profiles, enriches with verified emails and phones, and outputs a clean CSV file with 12 columns: name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, email, phone, location, and more.
In Notion, open your target database (Leads, Prospects, Deal Flow). Click "..." → Merge with CSV → Upload. Notion maps columns automatically. Done — your leads are in Notion with verified contact data.
For recurring automation: set up the Scrupp webhook, point it at a Zapier/Make trigger, and configure Zapier to create a Notion page per lead. Each new scraped lead appears in Notion automatically, no CSV step needed.
Use cases
What teams do with Scrupp + Notion
Common workflows that plug Scrupp into Notion without custom code.
Solo founders and early-stage teams often run sales in Notion before a proper CRM. Scrupp CSV export gives you a clean import-ready file.
Lead gen agencies build per-client Notion databases. Export from Scrupp, import to client's Notion workspace, repeat per campaign.
Investors tracking founder outreach use Notion as their deal-flow DB. Scrape LinkedIn, export CSV, import to Notion, add notes.
Use the Scrupp webhook → Zapier "New Enriched Lead" trigger → Notion "Create Page" action. Zero-touch after setup.
FAQ
Notion integration FAQ
Is there a native Notion integration?
Not yet — native Notion API integration is on the roadmap. Today, you can use CSV import (manual) or webhook + Zapier/Make (automated). Both work reliably; the native integration will remove the Zapier step.
How do I automate LinkedIn → Notion without CSV?
Set up the Scrupp webhook, then create a Zapier Zap: trigger = "Webhook received from Scrupp", action = "Create page in Notion database". Map the fields (name, email, company, etc.) and turn it on. Each new scraped lead flows to Notion automatically.
What columns does the CSV have?
Full name, first name, last name, job title, company, company domain, LinkedIn URL, verified email, email confidence (A/B/C), phone, location, and export timestamp. 12 columns in a fixed order that maps cleanly to Notion properties.
Does Notion CSV import preserve data types?
Notion auto-detects text, URL, and email types on import. LinkedIn URL maps to a URL property, email to an email property. You may need to manually set "email confidence" to a Select property after first import.
Can I use this with Notion AI?
Yes. Once leads are in your Notion database (via CSV or Zapier), Notion AI can auto-generate icebreakers, research notes, or outreach drafts for each lead based on their title, company, and industry.
