Short answer: the two are priced on opposite ideas. SalesIntel sells one bundle with unlimited exports and enrichment for each user, and buyers on Vendr report a median of about $17,600 a year. ZoomInfo charges one credit per export from a monthly allowance set in your contract, with a reported median of about $33,500 a year. If your reps export heavily and you want a fixed bill, SalesIntel's model is easier to budget. If you want one platform with marketing bundles and many add-on products, ZoomInfo is the broader purchase.
Unlimited exports against a credit allowance
SalesIntel's pricing page lists a single package: unlimited users, unlimited export credits and unlimited enrichment credits per user each month, plus 10 "Research on Demand" credits per user a month. Research on Demand is SalesIntel's service for contacts that are not yet in its database. Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho are listed as included, as is its RevDriver Chrome extension. Intent data, website-visitor identification and ad products are sold as add-ons.
ZoomInfo's pricing page lists Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise packages, each with a licence and a monthly credit allowance, and states that each export costs one credit. The allowance is not published; it is agreed with sales.
In practice, "unlimited" moves the question from "how many credits do we need" to "how many seats do we need". Read the terms you are offered for a fair-use limit before you assume there is none. Third-party reviews report a monthly reveal cap in SalesIntel's terms of service, so ask for the exact limit in writing.

Data claims you should test yourself
SalesIntel describes its direct dials, mobiles, business emails and titles as human-verified. Its pricing page does not say how often records are re-checked. ZoomInfo describes a large database of company and contact records. Neither claim tells you how the data will perform for your market, so run the same test in both trials:
- Pick 30 accounts in your territory where you already know the right buyer.
- Search each tool for those people and note who comes back with a direct dial or mobile.
- Call or email a sample and count working numbers and delivered emails.
- Repeat for 30 accounts you do not know yet, which shows coverage rather than accuracy.
If one tool finds noticeably more of your known buyers, that matters more than any database size on a homepage.
A smaller option for LinkedIn-sourced lists
| Feature / Capability | ZoomInfo | SalesIntel | Scrupp |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary Data Source | Proprietary Database | Proprietary Database + Human Verification | LinkedIn & Sales Navigator / Apollo.io |
| Pricing Model | Credits per export + Platform fee | Unlimited exports per user (Fair-use limits) | Pay-per-credit with free tier |
| Best For | Enterprise teams needing broad market intelligence | Reps with high-volume exports on a fixed budget | Teams sourcing directly from LinkedIn searches |
If your prospect lists start as LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, you may not need a database contract at all. Scrupp exports the whole search, beyond the 2,500 results Sales Navigator shows, and finds emails and phones for the people in it. A lead costs 1 credit, a found email 1 more and a found phone 2 more; the free plan has 100 credits a month. See SalesIntel alternatives and Scrupp vs ZoomInfo.
