Short answer: neither vendor publishes a price, but Seamless.AI tells you more before the sales call. It publishes its credit allowances (50 free credits, 250 a month on Basic, 10,000 a month per user on Pro) and lets one person start on a free account. ZoomInfo publishes only its package names and the rule that each export costs one credit, and Vendr's buyers report a median contract of about $33,500 a year. A rep or a small team that wants to test before committing will find Seamless.AI easier to start with; a revenue team buying one platform for sales and marketing is ZoomInfo's buyer.
What you can know before talking to sales
Most of this comparison happens inside two quotes, so it helps to separate what is public from what is not.
| Seamless.AI | ZoomInfo | |
|---|---|---|
| Price on the website | No; the pricing page is an inquiry form | No; every package is quoted |
| Free way in | Free account, 50 credits that never refill | Free trial offered on each package |
| Credit allowance published | Yes: 250 a month (Basic), 10,000 a month per user (Pro) | No; set in the contract |
| What a credit buys | One contact found by search, enrichment or Autopilot | One export |
| Third-party price data | None with a published median | Vendr: median $33,500 a year, $7,233 to $156,053, 1,576 purchases |

Where the credits go
The two credit rules charge at different moments. Seamless.AI spends a credit when its search or enrichment returns a contact, and AI assistant messages cost a fifth of a credit each. ZoomInfo spends a credit when you export a record, and its pricing page notes that some integrations require a minimum purchase of bulk credits when you install them. If your team reviews many contacts but exports few, ask ZoomInfo whether viewing is free in the package you are quoted. If your team pushes everything straight into the CRM, the two rules come out closer.
Refills differ too. Seamless.AI's Basic and Pro credits refresh monthly on the contract date, and the free 50 do not come back. ZoomInfo states a monthly allowance per package without saying what happens to unused credits, which is a question for the quote.
A budget check with one number from each
Seamless.AI Pro gives one user up to 120,000 credits a year. Suppose ZoomInfo quotes you the Vendr median of $33,500 a year. To beat a Seamless.AI Pro seat on cost per contact, ZoomInfo's credits would have to cost less than about $0.28 each, which needs roughly 120,000 exports a year in the package. That is a team-sized allowance. The opposite case matters as much: most reps never use 10,000 contacts a month, so divide each quote by the contacts you actually expect to use, not by the allowance.
Five questions to send both vendors:
- What is the yearly price for our number of seats, and what is the cost of one extra credit?
- How many credits are in the plan, and do unused ones carry over to the next month or year?
- Does viewing a contact cost a credit, or only exporting or enriching it?
- Are mobile numbers included in the plan, or sold separately?
- What is the contract length, and how much notice does cancelling need?
Get the answers in writing; neither vendor's site gives them.
If your leads already come from LinkedIn
Both tools sell a database you search inside. If the people you want are already in a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, Scrupp exports that search as a file, past the 2,500 results Sales Navigator displays, and finds verified work emails and phone numbers for each person. Scrupp operates via a lightweight Chrome extension and offers features like waterfall email enrichment, CSV list enrichment, and direct CRM integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. It provides 100 free credits a month with no long-term contract requirement. Compare alternatives on Scrupp vs Seamless.AI and Scrupp vs ZoomInfo.
