Short answer: at the same budget GetProspect gives you more usable emails, because it charges only for valid addresses and checks them before deducting a credit, while Snov.io takes one credit for each prospect and another for each verification. Snov.io is the better fit if you want to send campaigns from the same tool, since every plan comes with a sending allowance. Both start around $40–50 a month; prices below were read on both vendors' pricing pages on 19 October 2026.

The difference is in what a credit pays for
On GetProspect, an email credit is spent only on a valid address. Not-found emails cost nothing, asking again for a contact you already found is free, and addresses it finds are already checked, so they do not use the separate verification allowance. That allowance, twice the size of the email allowance, is for checking lists you bring from elsewhere.
On Snov.io, one pool pays for everything: each prospect costs 1 credit and each verification costs 1 credit. If you find an email and then verify it, that is 2 credits.
So for 1,000 checked emails a month you need GetProspect Starter at $49, but 2,000 Snov.io credits, which means Pro S at $99, because Snov.io's Starter has 1,000. At 5,000 checked emails, GetProspect Growth 5k is $99 while Snov.io needs 10,000 credits and so Pro M at $189.
Unused credits are treated differently too:
- GetProspect: leftover credits carry into the next month, capped at one month's allowance.
- Snov.io: credits expire after 30 days unless you are on an annual plan or have plan renewal switched on, in which case they roll over.
Sending and phones
Snov.io sells finding and sending together. Its "recipients" are people you can email from Snov.io campaigns: 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro S, 50,000 on Pro M. One recipient is used the first time you contact a lead, and follow-ups in the same billing period are free. GetProspect also has cold email sequences, even on its free plan, but its pricing page recommends sending no more than 100 emails a day, so it suits small campaigns better than volume sending.
For phones, GetProspect includes 5 phone numbers a month and sells more as an add-on. Snov.io's pricing page lists no phone allowance.
Which one to choose
- You send from another tool and need clean emails: GetProspect. You get roughly twice the checked emails per dollar at the lower tiers.
- You want one tool for finding and sending: Snov.io, for the recipient allowance.
- Your prospecting is irregular: GetProspect's carry-over works on monthly billing; on Snov.io you need annual billing or renewal switched on.
Both tools look up emails one person or one company at a time, or for a list you upload.
