Short answer: Dropcontact sells two self-serve plans, Starter from €79 a month and Growth from €120 a month, with 20% off for annual billing; Enterprise starts at 200,000 credits a month and is priced on request. Each plan lets you choose a monthly credit volume from 500 to 150,000. A credit is spent only when Dropcontact finds or verifies a business email, so a contact it cannot find costs nothing. New accounts get 50 free credits. Prices and terms are from dropcontact.com, checked on 28 October 2026.
What a credit buys
Dropcontact's help center defines a credit as "a successfully found or verified business email address". If it does not find an email, the credit is refunded automatically. Verifying an email you already have also costs 1 credit. The input is a first name, a last name and a company name; Dropcontact works out the domain and the address from those.
What a credit does not buy: personal emails and mobile numbers. The help center says Dropcontact returns business landlines and switchboards only and "never personal addresses or mobile numbers", as a GDPR choice. A separate CRM product mentions mobile numbers taken from email signatures, but the email-finder plans list no phones.
Starter or Growth: what the extra €41 gets you
| Starter | Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | €79/month | €120/month |
| File upload (CSV, XLS, TXT), API, Google Sheets add-on | Yes | Yes |
| LinkedIn URL enrichment | No | Yes |
| Company data, company name to domain, job title cleaning | No | Yes |
| Unused credits carry over | No, the quota resets at each renewal | Yes, while the subscription is active |
If your volume is steady, Starter is enough. If you buy credits for a campaign and use them unevenly, Growth's carry-over is what you are paying for.
What a 500-credit month costs per email
The pricing page does not print a price next to each credit step. Emelia's pricing review (August 2026) ties the €79 and €120 entry prices to the 500-credit step, which works out to about €0.16 per found email on Starter and €0.24 on Growth, or roughly €63 and €96 a month on annual billing. Higher steps cost more per month; check the selector on the pricing page for your volume. The page does not say whether prices include VAT.
What is billed separately:
- CRM sync. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce run through a separate CRM Integration Suite subscription with no published price, and email-finder credits cannot be used for it.
- Zapier and Make connect through your API key; the help pages do not say which plan they need.
Commitment and GDPR
Monthly plans have no commitment; a cancellation takes effect at the next billing date. There is no pay-as-you-go option. On data, Dropcontact says it "does not build, purchase, scrape, or maintain any database of personal information" and that contact data is returned to you and then discarded, apart from a temporary encrypted backup of your files. Its servers are in the EU.
