Non-Refundable Purchases

Scrupp is sold primarily as a business-to-business service. Purchases made by businesses are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time — for example, by contacting us using the contact information provided below or in your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Consumer cooling-off (EU and UK)

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you subscribed, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, email iv@scrupp.com with your order reference and a clear statement of cancellation before the 14-day period ends.

Important: by starting to use the Services (for example, running a scrape or enrichment) within the 14-day window, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. Credits already consumed will not be refunded. We will refund any unused portion on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

At the end of your subscription period, the system will attempt to process a payment. If all attempts fail, your plan will be canceled, and any remaining credits will be forfeited. This policy applies specifically to subscription packages.

Service Documentation

We maintain records of your account activity and usage. If any disputes arise regarding the use of our services, we will provide this documentation as part of our response to the dispute.
